Terms and Conditions

• 100% money-back if you change your mind within the first 48 hours of purchasing (before any consults have taken place).
• 90% money-back if you change your mind 2 full business days before your initial consult was scheduled 
• Consult times will be booked once you've secured your package (we'll be in touch to arrange the right time)
• Consults can be changed up to 12 hours before without forfeiting that consult
  
• Missed consults without good reason may be forfeited to account for practitioner lost-time. We are however very compassionate and understanding to those unavoidable situations that may arise. So just let us know as soon as you can and we should be able to reschedule for you.
• In order to keep your health goals on track and get you the best outcomes, your consult times must be booked within the allocated package time-frames (e.g. 2, 4 or 6 months) (give or take 1-2 weeks if needed), unless unforeseen circumstances arise (which we totally understand can happen).
• If you get half-way through your consult package and for some reason you're unable to attend the remaining consults, a partial refund will be issued based on the cost of the individual consults.
• You're welcome to gift or pass on your package to someone else if the consults have not yet started.
• We're open to hearing your unique challenges, fears or concerns and we will support you every step of the way to ensure this is the best experience.
